Tom Korkidis

Tom Korkidis is the owner/director of New Village Management. Korkidis received his Music Performance Music Business Degree from the University of Massachusetts where he studied Saxophone/Guitar and spent ample time in the recording studios with Sound Recording Technology majors. After graduation Korkidis interned at Rounder Records, and performed local and nationally with several indie rock bands that released records and gained some notoriety on the US independent scene – touring nationally and being selected to perform at both CMJ and SXSW festivals on multiple occasions. He has continued to perform, write, and produce original music throughout his career some of which has been licensed by network TV and used in national advertising campaigns. In 2002, Korkidis was hired at International Music Network where he worked for 17 years. At IMN Korkidis co-founded the management division of the company with director Scott Southard which began by managing the careers of Brad Mehldau and Joe Lovano in 2009 and expanded over the years to include folk musicians, global music, singer songwriters, electronic musicians, etc. In addition to managing careers of some of the most acclaimed musicians and artists in the world, Korkidis also coordinated and oversaw several Grammy Nominated and Grammy Winning records. Korkidis Executive Produced the Grammy Winning Wayne Shorter Record “EMANON” for Blue Note (released in 2018), produced “Origin” for pianist Joey Alexander (Mack Avenue – 2022), and co-produced the Grammy Award Nominated album “Mélusine” by Cécile McLorin Salvant (Nonesuch - 2023). Korkidis lives near the ocean with his wife and two sons.

 

Candelaria Alvarado

Candelaria Alvarado has built her career around music, artists, and the many moving parts that help creative work thrive. Her experience spans artist management, publicity, live production, creative strategy, and consulting. She brings an artist-centered perspective to her work and has supported musicians across genres and stages of their careers.

She began studying music as a child, training classically as a multi-instrumentalist and composer. Her professional path started in New York, where she supported Harvestworks Digital Media Arts Center as an Audio Specialist while interning at the world music label formerly known as Evergreene Music. She earned her B.A. in Contemporary Music from Santa Fe University of Art and Design and later pursued graduate studies in Ethnomusicology at Arizona State University. She spent several years at the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix, where she started as a theater technician eventually supporting artistic direction for the museum’s concert series. During that time, she also served remotely as Head of Special Projects for Momentum Artists Management and began a freelance practice in marketing and consulting, supporting artist-driven projects, instrument brands, music software launches, and Arizona-based venues and festivals. In 2016, she relocated to Boston to join International Music Network, where she supported a roster of internationally acclaimed touring artists. In 2021, she joined DL Media as an Account Publicist, leading campaigns for labels including ECM and Mack Avenue while also helping expand the company’s social media offerings. In 2022 she re-joined longtime collaborator Tom Korkidis on his new venture, New Village Management, bringing her experience to a roster of GRAMMY-recognized and award-winning artists.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Candelaria stays active in both local and international music communities. She’s a touring drum and bass DJ and producer under the name Arietta, and occasionally lends her grant writing and development experience to organizations and causes she believes in. Outside of work, she’s usually training for a marathon or spending time with her son.

 

Carolyn Alexander

Carolyn Alexander graduated with a major in Music Business/Entrepreneurship from Berklee College of Music in 2019. While at Berklee she was responsible for the college's Summer in the City concert series at on-campus venues and private events in addition to being the production manager for a large-scale tribute show at the Berklee Performance Center under the direction of GRAMMY®️ Nominated saxophonist & professor, Tia Fuller. Carolyn interned at the BAMS Festival and at The Kurland Agency, where she went on to work assisting agents after graduating. Carolyn joined New Village Management at the start of 2023 in a management associate and marketing role. Additionally, she runs her own business that she started in 2017, @loudgirlgoodies. Outside of New Village, Carolyn loves to transform thought into musical expression, help friends further their independent music careers, practice yoga, enjoy live performance, spend time in nature, craft flavorful plant-based meals, nurture her growing business, and connect with friends, family & community.

 

Natalie Ahn

Natalie Ahn graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2025 with a double major in Music Business and Independent Recording & Production. A recipient of the Berklee World Tour and Henry Grossman Endowed scholarships, Natalie also served as a Student Instructional Technology Assistant – a role in which her dedication to faculty support earned her the Student Employee of the Year award for customer service. After starting as an intern with New Village Management during her senior year, Natalie has transitioned into a full-time role focused on tour production coordination & operation infrastructure. Leveraging her background in instructional technology, she specializes in workflow optimization and building the centralized digital systems that power the New Village roster. A multi-instrumentalist with over a decade of classical violin training, Natalie is also an active singer-songwriter and producer currently developing her debut EP. Based in New Jersey just across the GW Bridge, she spends her time offline exploring NYC’s concert venues, cafe hopping, or perfecting "Piano Man" on the harmonica.

 

Mike Bindraban

Mike Bindraban LL.M is a Europe-based artist manager at New Village Management, supporting artists and projects operating at the highest international level. Bindraban founded the international music agency Good Music Company, which he led for over fourteen years. Under Bindraban's direction, the agency represented a diverse roster of internationally acclaimed artists, including Snarky Puppy, Makaya McCraven, Nate Smith, Jeff Parker, Cory Henry, and Cory Wong among many others. Bindraban also held artistic director roles for festivals and venues such as HetConcertgebouw Amsterdam and the Mondriaan Jazz Festival.

Earlier in his career, Bindraban was active as a performing artist and composer. In 2010, he received an Edison Award nomination (Dutch Grammy) for Mozaic, an album he co-wrote and produced with his band The Mirror Conspiracy.

In parallel, Bindraban holds a Law degree with two Master’s degrees in International Human Rights Law and Criminal Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as a postgraduate certificate in Business Administration for Legal Professionals from Nyenrode Business University. Over the past decade, he has worked as an attorney-at-law, PhD-researcher, senior lecturer, strategic advisor on colonial history and transatlantic slavery, constitutional reform, social justice and human rights in various parliamentary, governmental and cultural-policy contexts. He currently serves on the Supervisory Boards of the National Museum for World Cultures (Wereldmuseum Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden and Nijmegen) and of Rotterdam Festivalsand advises the Dutch Performing Arts Fund. Based in Rotterdam (NL), he is also a proud father.
